Dr. Hannah Grant-Nilon

IDAA Director

Dr Hannah Grant-Nilon was born on Bundjalung country in Murwillumbah, her Grandma’s country, from Baryulgil, part of the Bundjalung nation. Hannah completed her high schooling on Dharug country and during this time developed an interest in health care as a profession and as a means of contributing to the community in a positive way. She decided to pursue dentistry as a way to connect with people, after learning of the vital role that oral heath can have on one’s overall wellbeing.

Hannah attended Charles Sturt University on Wiradjuri land, graduating with a Bachelor of Dental Science in 2016. She gained clinical experience in the public and private sector and enjoys the challenges and rewards of being a dental professional. Hannah values the importance of oral health education and preventative care for a lifelong healthy smile. She is now working in a private practice on the Arakwal lands of the Bundjalung nation.
